At Petite Amé we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases of baby and children's clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are ready to assist you with our returns policy.

1. General Terms and Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn and in new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personal and hygiene items, such as underwear, may only be returned if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

 

2. Returns process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Please contact us at info@petiteamestore.com to request your return. Please include the following information:
    • your name
    • Order number
    • Item you want to return
    • Reason for the return
  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all associated accessories and documentation.
  • Please return the package to the specified return address using the provided return label (if applicable).

 

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund. Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized baby and children's clothing cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or carelessness are not eligible for return.
